Methi Porridge/Vendaya Kanji/Menthiya kanji



Soak Methi overnight. Pressure cook with the soaked water. Add a spoon of cooked rice. In a heavy bottom pan simmer cooked methi and rice mixture add palm sugar/karuppatti (sweet to your taste), cook until dissolves, I added 2 tbsp of palm sugar to handful of methi. Add coconut milk after it is cooled down.
