Salmon Fingers


Cut the fillets to fingers.
Marinate in mix of chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lime juice for about 30 mts.
Dust with corn flour before frying.
Bake in oven at 400F for 15 mts.

Variations:
Use pepper, cumin, red chilli powder or simple rasam powder with salt. No oil is needed while marinating.
Salmon oozes it own oil.
