Preheat the oven at 425F.
Mix Gram flour, Rice flour, chilli powder, salt and hing. Check the taste.
Sprinkle water to wet thoroughly the peanuts on a baking tray. Sieve the mix over the peanuts and shake the peanuts so that it is evenly coated.
Bake for 10-12 mts.
Let cool and store airtight.
