Idli Batter- 1 cup Steel cut oats or rolled oats- 1/2 cup Chia seeds- 1 tbsp
Dry roast oats, add chia seeds to this. Roast until oats turn pink. Powder it. Mix it with the idli batter. Add water and check the batter consistency.Set aside for 15 mts. Make idlies just as you do.
